Boilers:
The burner of our boiler has an electronic
connection to a safety thermostat. If the temperature
of the flue gases coming out of the boiler's chimney
exceeds the set limit, it means the water temperature
has gone above 100 degree Celsius. The moment that happens
the gas supply to the burner is immdiately cut off and
the system shuts down automatically. The boiler, however,
remains undamaged and fit for use.
Closed
Expansion Tank
Our membrane-type expansion tanks are a marvel
in technology. An expansion tank is used to balance
the system's pressure when it is in operation, otherwise
the circulation pump will suffer airlocks. Our boilers
have 'closed' expansion tanks, which means that once
the boiler has been filled it does not require any additional
water except when it may need to e intentionally drained
for servicing. When the system is installed with a closed
expansion tank it is sealed off, wit the result that
calcification and corrosion, which may develop due to
water additions, are avoided. Systems which do not have
this feature need constant addition of (invariably)
cold water from the main overhead tank resulting in
calcification and corrosion. Constant addition of cold
water means more heating which means more gas consumptio
which means higher bills. Hmg systems avoid all of this
which is one reason why they are super efficient.
Cast
Iron Tank
The internal tank of the Hmg boiler is made
of cast iron which prevents corrosion. This is the most
suitable material for heat transfer and lower gas bills.
It will last a lifetime and many more.

Built-in
Circulation Pump
Hmg boilers have the best built-in circulation
pumps in Europe. Their qualities are:
- Centrifugal, wet rotor type.
- Adjustable 3 speed fuel saving motor.
- Silent.
- Very long life.
- Best hot water seals in the market.
